It's the perfect time to see the Walls of Jericho! Without the trees, you can see the painted, cathedral-like walls of the canyon. The waterfall should be spectacular as well.
Fresh Air Family Birmingham is calling all 12-16 year-olds who would like to be Ambassadors. This youth development program teaches writing, photography, leadership and calls on youth to represent FAF on television and radio and in print interviews. New program begins in March. Fresh Air Family explores nature in the most beautiful and magical places with the experts who can help us find things few people ever see: a rare bird, fish, plant, or animal. We uncover the mysteries of nature in nature itself.
We find the best places to go and the people to take us there. We come together to enjoy the natural world and to learn about it from highly trained experts. We go with college professors and seasoned naturalists to make it the safest and most rewarding for your family entertainment. Join us as we canoe, hike, kayak, camp, cave, swim and explore.
Our membership and our programs are free or low cost. Everyone is welcome. Please join us as we meet outdoor adventure!
